Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- must be at least 18 years of age based upon state requirements to serve alcohol
- ability to speak, write and understand simple instructions in English
- must have a Food Handler Certificate and be Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) certified
- have at least 6 months previous bartending experience
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- must be a team player and customer-service oriented

- familiarity with POS system preferred

Job Duties
- Adheres to the companys food safety policies and customer service principles
- comply with the companys alcohol service policy and all food and beverage regulations
- prepares drinks/cocktails according to company recipes
- batches cocktails according to recipes, adhering to rotation and labeling guidelines
- enters food and beverage orders into the point of sale (POS) system, processes payments accurately
- handles customer complaints or problems in a positive, courteous manner
- ensures the balance of the bank at the end of the shift
- maintains a high level of cleanliness throughout the bar area
- restocks and replenishes bar supplies and performs opening and closing duties as assigned
