Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum legal age requirement of 21 years to serve or handle alcohol
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with minimum 3 days a week including at least one weekend day
- Ability to operate in a busy and sometimes loud environment
- Stays current on local beverage compliance regulations and assigned trainings
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- 1 plus years of experience in high volume restaurant environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced kitchen or bar environment
- Demonstrates applicable beverage knowledge including state-required alcohol service training
Job Duties
- Primarily serves as the BOH bartender, preparing guest drink orders according to recipes and specs
- Responsible for cleaning, organization, and maintenance of all equipment including deep cleanings and daily sidework
- Prepares guest beverage tickets focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Restocks supplies, completes prep and side work, and assists with operational tasks
- Supports delivery and organization of food and beverage orders
- Upholds company core values and operational guidelines
- Ensures beverage safety and compliance with health standards including allergy protocols
- Uses proper equipment for beverage preparation like jiggers, measuring tools, and scales
- Adheres to cleaning, prep, and stocking schedules to control waste and maintain quality
- Communicates service bar needs and urgent matters with teammates and managers
- Maintains a positive and respectful workplace
- Follows all handwashing and hygiene practices
