- minimum of two months of on-the-job training or related experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry moderate weights
- knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to beverage service

- adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Set up bars for operation
- cuts fruit
- stocks ice
- empties garbage
- support bartenders' needs and maintains the bar stock
- maintain a well-groomed neat and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation safety
- report any maintenance problems to Operations Supervisor
- work in assigned location and shift according to department needs
- maintain par levels and orders bar supplies
- delivers orders
- sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling
- maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards
- assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from tables and slots
- assist other departments as assigned
