Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Six months of food service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to follow health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Job Qualifications
- At least six months of food service experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move stock as required
Job Duties
- Stock and serve beverage outlets with glassware, condiments, packaged drinks, and essentials
- Ensure cleanliness in all beverage areas including bar equipment, tools, and workspaces
- Handle paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
- Maintain proper inventory levels of liquor, beer, and supplies and place orders when necessary
- Manage setup and breakdown of portable bars in designated areas
- Organize and optimize beverage pump rooms and storage areas, flagging non-stock items for management
