Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- one year experience in a related field
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other employees
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions while providing optimum guest service
- possession of a Class B Gaming License
- willingness to work night shifts and weekends
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- maintain a professional appearance
- comply with Bank Secrecy Act and internal compliance policies
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Keep all countertops and cupboards wiped clean at all times
- keep floors mopped and cleaned around stations
- mop floor in beer cooler
- keep all floor drains cleaned out daily
- change garbage bags in all stations
- dump garbage and empty boxes often
- empty and clean all reach-in refrigerators behind bar
- clean glassware daily
- clean bar foot rails
- keep walls and surrounding area clean around coffee/soda dispensers located throughout the casino
- clean glass windows and doors
- clean all Pepsi machines in stations
- be willing to work nights and weekends
- maintain a professional appearance at all times
- record and report any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program
- perform any other duties as assigned by the Lounge Manager and/or Food & Beverage Director
