Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year previous high volume food and beverage experience preferred
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to sit or stand for at least four hours
- Must be able to maneuver throughout casino floors via stairs or escalator
- Must be able to lift, carry or push at least 40 lbs
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
- Must tolerate secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises, and bright lights
- Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission
- Must qualify for and maintain a gaming license from the State of Indiana

Job Duties
- Attend Indiana State Alcohol Awareness Training and receive certification for alcohol beverage service
- Cover for the bartender during breaks or absences
- Assist in setting up bartender and server workstations
- Complete assigned side work
- Communicate areas needing special attention to facilitate quality guest service
- Keep assigned areas stocked with liquor, glasses, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Perform other duties as assigned
