- Six months of food service experience preferred
- Experience working in a resort setting preferred
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets with glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
- Maintain cleanliness in beverage areas, including tools, equipment, refrigerators, countertops, and floors
- Complete paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
- Ensure pars of liquor, beer, and supplies are maintained in cooler and storage areas, ordering items as needed
- Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas
- Use proper freight elevators and delivery routes for transporting items to hotel areas and beverage outlets
- Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, storage rooms, and warehouses
- notify management of non-stock items
- Address guest complaints within scope of authority or escalate to management
