Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months of food service experience preferred
  • Experience working in a resort setting preferred
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets with glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, paper products, and other necessary items
  • Maintain cleanliness in beverage areas, including tools, equipment, refrigerators, countertops, and floors
  • Complete paperwork for bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
  • Ensure pars of liquor, beer, and supplies are maintained in cooler and storage areas, ordering items as needed
  • Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas
  • Use proper freight elevators and delivery routes for transporting items to hotel areas and beverage outlets
  • Organize and maintain beverage pump room areas, storage rooms, and warehouses
  • notify management of non-stock items
  • Address guest complaints within scope of authority or escalate to management
