Job Duties
- stock and serve assigned beverage outlets
- maintain inventory levels including glassware, condiments, packaged beverages, and paper products
- maintain cleanliness of beverage areas and related bar equipment
- complete paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
- maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies and order as needed
- set up and breakdown portable bars
- ensure use of correct freight elevators and delivery routes
- organize and maintain beverage pump room areas
- resolve guest complaints within scope and notify management or security of unusual events
