Job Requirements

- Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred

- Ability to lift and move stock items
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets maintaining inventory levels including glassware condiments packaged beverages paper products and other items
- Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas including bar equipment tools supplies trash removal deep cleaning sanitation and work area including refrigerators countertops and floors
- Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries
- Maintain pars of liquor beer and supplies in cooler and dry storage areas order as needed
- Set up and break down portable bars in designated areas
- Use correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets
- Organize and maintain beverage pump room storage rooms and warehouses and alert management for non-stock items
- Resolve guest complaints within scope or refer to management notify supervisor and Security of unusual events missing items or theft
- Perform other related duties as requested
