Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items
- Capable of working flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must maintain confidentiality
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a food and beverage or bar environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Job Duties
- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards
- Responsible for the breaking down and cleaning of bar outlets
- Cleans reach-ins, beer and keg coolers, elevators, and wine containers
- Cleans service stations including drains, counters, guns, ice bins, boots, speed racks, EDis, and syrup containers
- Checks and maintains the required bar stock
- Maintains cleanliness and order in assigned station
- Responsible for removing trash and disposing of all boxes
- Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures
- Maintains stockroom cleanliness
- Assists bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests’ special requests and during busy times
- ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks
- Cleans glass washer and drains
- Maintains equipment such as blenders and mixers
- Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned
- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters
