Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have minimum of 1-year customer service experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push carts weighing up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Must be able to work in environments with secondhand smoke dust loud noises and bright lights
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Must meet attendance guidelines
- Must be able to work overtime when required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year customer service experience where primary job duty is direct customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read write speak and understand English
- Present a well-groomed professional appearance
- Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays nights and weekends
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
Job Duties
- Clean the bar area including mats floors sinks drains and other bar appliances
- Change soda bibs and stock all beverage supplies in the designated area
- Maintain stock of beer and wine in the bars and change kegs as required
- Keep areas clean sanitary and free of debris
- Acknowledge greet and converse with customers who approach the bar
- Communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs
- Call a designated slot employee when needed by a guest or bartender
- Provide a safe work environment for employees and guests
