  • able to perform opening and closing duties
  • willing to maintain professional appearance
  • able to work flexible shifts
  • capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

  • maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors at end of shift
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas including ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and tools
  • follow all safety and security policies and procedures
  • report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • maintain positive working relationships with team members
  • support team to reach common goals
  • ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and moving over uneven surfaces
  • perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
