Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior work experience necessary
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move over uneven or slippery surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Must uphold confidentiality and protect company assets
- Must complete safety training and certifications
- Must follow uniform and personal appearance standards

- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- No supervisory experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to follow safety and security policies and procedures
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service etiquette
Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc
- Check with captain or supervisor before leaving at end of shift
- Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities
- Support team to reach common goals
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
