- six months or more related experience or training preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays

Job Duties
- Stocks beverage outlets with wine, bottled beer, and other beverages
- monitors pump room
- washes glasses, bar, and equipment and polishes bar fixtures
- restocks bar snacks
- cut garnishes/fill garnishes based on specific bar expectations
- cleans bar area including floors, counters, and other surfaces
- removes empty bottles and trash
- keep liquor manifold stocked throughout shift
- performs all tasks in accordance with established policies and guest service standards
- maintains sanitation of bar and bar areas and equipment by cleaning ceilings, washing walls, mopping floors, disposing of garbage and grease, and performing general cleaning duties
- maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur
- performs all other duties as assigned
