Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- clean all equipment and work areas
- lock doors at end of shift after supervisor check
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
- maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, tables, and tools following set-up guidelines
- follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- anticipate and address guests' service needs and assist individuals with disabilities
- speak clearly and professionally
- develop and maintain positive working relationships with team
- ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and moving over various surfaces
- perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
