Job Duties

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
  • clean all equipment and work areas
  • lock doors at end of shift after supervisor check
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • remove soiled wares from bar top and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, tables, and tools following set-up guidelines
  • follow all company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • anticipate and address guests' service needs and assist individuals with disabilities
  • speak clearly and professionally
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with team
  • ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
  • perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting weights up to 50 pounds, and moving over various surfaces
  • perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
