Job Duties
- complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors upon closing
- check with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, furniture, tables, and instruments
- comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and uniform
- protect company information and property
- support team members and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team to achieve common goals
- follow quality assurance standards
- move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- handle objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
- reach above head and below knees, crouch, twist waist, drag, and bend
- move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps
- greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally, including telephone etiquette
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
