Job Duties

  • complete opening and closing tasks such as organizing provisions and instruments
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors upon closing
  • check with captain or supervisor before leaving shift
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • replenish ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bar, furniture, tables, and instruments
  • comply with company safety policies and report maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • maintain professional appearance and uniform
  • protect company information and property
  • support team members and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist team to achieve common goals
  • follow quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
  • read and visually verify information in various formats
  • handle objects requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination
  • reach above head and below knees, crouch, twist waist, drag, and bend
  • move on inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces, stairs, and ramps
  • greet and acknowledge guests according to company standards
  • communicate clearly and professionally, including telephone etiquette
  • perform other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
