Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ability to take initiative and exhibit flexibility
- highly motivated and energetic personality
- maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental and property policies, procedures, and standards
- maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic selections available
- ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail while meeting business demands
- working knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic beverages, mixing of drinks, designated glassware, preparation methods, garnishes, and all beverage functions
- working knowledge of liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages
- working knowledge of operation of all bar equipment
- effectively communicate with management, bartenders, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other team members
- excellent customer service skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders on the execution of service and following the bartender's direction
- empty trash on a regular basis
- mop floors as necessary to ensure a clean, safe work area
- respond to bartender needs by running for liquor, glassware, stock, etc
- perform all opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
- bid farewell to guests, using guests' name when known, and encourage them to return
- work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
- perform all other job-related duties as assigned
