Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks as per specified recipes
- keep the bar area clean and organized
- ensure efficient bar operations from setup until closing time
- maintain cleanliness and order of the bar, bar counter, tables, and tools
- create fresh garnishes for drinks
- ensure supplies like ice, glassware, and paper goods are adequately stocked
- perform a cash count at the end of the shift and complete cashier reports
- address discrepancies and secure the cash
- secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
- finish closing duties
- follow safety and security policies
- report accidents or risks to management
- fulfill safety training requirements
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
