Job Requirements

Completion of high school diploma or G.E.D.
at least one year of job-related experience
physical capability to lift and transport supplies and stand for prolonged periods
proficiency in cash handling and bank record reconciliation
dedication to upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards
ability to maintain professional conduct and appearance
willingness to comply with safety training and policies

Job Duties

Mix and serve drinks as per specified recipes
maintain the cleanliness and order of the bar, bar counter, tables, and tools
create fresh garnishes for drinks
ensure adequate stock of supplies like ice, glassware, and paper goods
perform a cash count at the end of the shift and complete cashier reports
address discrepancies and secure cash deposits
secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas
complete closing duties
ensure adherence to safety and security policies
report workplace accidents, injuries, or risks to management
fulfill safety training and certification requirements
maintain a clean and professional appearance
uphold confidentiality and protect organizational property
greet guests courteously and respond promptly to their demands
communicate clearly and professionally
foster positive workplace interactions
promote team unity and respond to employee grievances
ensure consistency with quality standards
perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and handling materials up to 50 pounds
employ precise hand movements and coordination for managing objects
