Job Duties
- Mix and serve drinks as per specified recipes
- Keep the bar area clean and organized
- Ensure efficient bar operations from setup until closing time
- Maintain cleanliness and order of bar counter, tables, and tools
- Create fresh garnishes for drinks
- Stock supplies including ice, glassware, and paper goods
- Perform cash counts at shift end and complete cashier reports
- Address cash discrepancies and secure earnings
- Secure liquor, beer, wine, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage
- Complete closing duties
- Follow safety and security policies
- Report accidents or risks
- Fulfill safety training requirements
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Protect confidential data and company property
- Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to their needs
- Engage professionally in workplace communication
- Foster teamwork and manage workplace grievances
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Stand, sit, or move around for extended periods
- Handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Use precise hand coordination
