Job Requirements

- Working knowledge of food and beverage industry standards

- Proficiency with POS and inventory systems
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and administration
- Strong background in restaurant or bar management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management
- Strong PC skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain a team atmosphere
- Effective English communication skills
Job Duties
- Assist in ensuring that the beverage sales forecasted for the restaurant are met
- Ensure that all beverage supplies, ingredients, or products in the bars, lockers, and pantries are used, stored and accounted for following company policies and guidelines
- Focus on improving beverage cost in alignment with company budgets and projections
- Properly account and record all beverage sales while ensuring pouring measures follow standard operating procedures
- Schedule bar staff
- Provide training and education for all involved in beverage sales and service
- Maintain company standards for beverage, food and wine service
