Job Duties

  • Provide proper training and supervision of all personnel including supervisors
  • insure prompt, courteous service in compliance with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies
  • ensure overall success of the restaurant by monitoring guest satisfaction surveys and utilizing financial controls
  • conduct pre-meal meetings with service staff
  • supervise floor operations and ensure service protocol adherence
  • handle guest complaints to satisfaction
  • manage staffing schedules for front-of-house, kitchen, stewarding, and host staff
  • maintain side-stations and ensure equipment functionality
  • monitor food quality, presentation, and ensure accuracy of special boards
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness and atmosphere
  • enforce staff uniform and appearance standards
  • expedite table turnover and resetting
  • implement sales promotions and merchandising
  • assist cashier with beverage procedures and equipment
  • adhere to company policies and emergency procedures including CPR
  • enforce liquor liability laws
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
