Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in bar management or similar role
- Experience in upscale or fine dining environment
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent guest service skills
- Flexibility to assist other outlets as needed
- Prior experience in unionized settings is advantageous
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of bar and beverage experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
- Prior experience in a union environment is a plus
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel is preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to drive high standards and create personalized guest experiences
- Ability to foster positive team culture
- Knowledge of restaurant budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies
- Ability to respond effectively to guest inquiries and resolve issues
Job Duties
- Assist in leading, directing and managing all outlets operations including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Implement and comply with all company policies and brand standards
- Oversee sales and marketing initiatives
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing, coaching, counseling and recognizing department heads
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and financial measurement
- Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement corrective measures
- Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
- Serve as Restaurant General Manager in their absence
