Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of bar and beverage experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Experience working in a union environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of bar and beverage experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
  • Experience in a union environment and luxury hotel operations considered a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning in food and beverage operations
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and personalized experiences
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Proficiency in implementing company policies and maintaining brand standards

Job Duties

  • Assist in leading, directing and managing all outlets operations including, but not limited to, restaurant budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, implementing and complying with all company policies and brand standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns, and meeting participation and facilitation
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing and evaluating, coaching and counseling and recognizing and rewarding department heads
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance and service and financial measurement
  • Assist in identifying operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implementing measures to correct those deficiencies
  • Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
  • Serve and act as Restaurant General Manager in his or her absence
