Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in bar management or hospitality
- strong decision-making skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- availability to work during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- understanding of business management and accounting principles
- ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items
- ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- ability to move around the store to assist customers
- ability to identify and read reports
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations including maintaining liquor license and RAMP/TIPS certifications
- negotiate supplier contracts
- conduct inventory cycle counts
- manage budgets and monitor bar margins and profitability
- recruit and train staff to deliver outstanding service
- create and manage employee schedules
- resolve conflicts and ensure appropriate staffing during peak hours
- enforce quality and safety controls
- collaborate with the events team to plan and execute promotional events
- mediate and defuse tense situations to prevent safety or legal issues
- foster a culture of accountability to company standard operating procedures
- analyze data to develop strategic action plans
- develop innovative and unique menu features
- stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into operations
- lead bar staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- mentor and develop future leaders
- assume additional responsibilities as needed
