Job Duties
- Oversee all day-to-day bar operations
- Lead, train, schedule, and develop the bar team
- Maintain service standards, consistency, and quality across bar and floor service
- Actively manage the dining room and host stand alongside other managers
- Support overall restaurant operations, including guest flow and service execution
- Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on operational goals
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor labor and support financial performance of the bar program and restaurant
