Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day bar operations
  • Lead, train, schedule, and develop the bar team
  • Maintain service standards, consistency, and quality across bar and floor service
  • Actively manage the dining room and host stand alongside other managers
  • Support overall restaurant operations, including guest flow and service execution
  • Partner with the General Manager and leadership team on operational goals
  • Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Monitor labor and support financial performance of the bar program and restaurant
