Job Duties

  • Oversee all day-to-day bar operations
  • lead, train, schedule, and develop the bar team
  • maintain service standards, consistency, and quality across bar and floor service
  • actively manage the dining room and host stand alongside other managers
  • support overall restaurant operations, including guest flow and service execution
  • partner with the general manager and leadership team on operational goals
  • manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls
  • ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
  • handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • monitor labor and support financial performance of the bar program and restaurant
