Job Duties
- Oversee all day-to-day bar operations
- lead, train, schedule, and develop the bar team
- maintain service standards, consistency, and quality across bar and floor service
- actively manage the dining room and host stand alongside other managers
- support overall restaurant operations, including guest flow and service execution
- partner with the general manager and leadership team on operational goals
- manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- monitor labor and support financial performance of the bar program and restaurant
