Job Duties
- managing the bar inventory and moving product
- build tents for events
- load out on event completion
- prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- interact with customers
- assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude and follow proper reporting procedures
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- alcohol awareness and responsible serving
- responsible for workplace safety
- safety is everyone’s responsibility
