Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous supervisory or bartending experience
- knowledge of state and federal alcohol regulations
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to bend, stretch, reach frequently
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong math and record-keeping skills
Job Qualifications
- two or more years bartending experience
- accurate cashier skills
- ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- self-directed with team orientation
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends
- ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- bartending certification or comparable large venue alcohol service experience preferred
Job Duties
- oversee inventory management
- ensure compliance with alcohol service policies
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- provide excellent guest service
- handle closing and set-up procedures
- manage cash accurately
- resolve guest concerns and escalate when necessary
