Job Requirements

  • Must have five plus years supervising and managing a high-volume food and beverage operation
  • proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
  • must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • must be proficient in the use of MICROS or similar POS, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • must have proven success managing the operations of a beverage program including recipes, menus, COS, scheduling, inventory, and guest satisfaction
  • must have experience managing P and L's, supervisory, coaching and staff development experience
  • a four-year degree in hospitality and/or restaurant management preferred but not required
  • must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
  • must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
  • must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds
  • occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required

Job Qualifications

  • Five plus years supervising and managing a high-volume food and beverage operation, proven track record of leading a professional and service-oriented operation, skilled in interpersonal and relationship building, proficiency with MICROS or similar POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, proven success in managing beverage programs including recipes, menus, costing, scheduling, inventory and guest satisfaction, experience managing profit and loss statements and staff development, four-year degree in hospitality or restaurant management preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead the ongoing betterment of all aspects of the beverage program, maintain and improve beverage cost KPIs, maintain quality control and consistency in menu creation and process compliance, maintain a visible front-of-house presence, support bar and floor staff in supervisory and operational roles, ensure staff are trained on product knowledge and service standards, manage a safe and efficient work environment, organize regular team meetings and training sessions, collaborate with the US Support team to leverage vendor relationships, manage inventory management and staff scheduling, adhere to all legal requirements including wage and hour laws, address staff complaints and manage disciplinary procedures, respond to Mystery Shopper Reports and develop staff accordingly, participate in management team meetings and decision making processes, oversee daily shift schedules and adjust as needed, perform other duties as assigned
