Job Qualifications
- minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or bar management preferred
- proven leadership experience with exceptional interpersonal communication
- experience in bartending or serving in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- proficiency with POS systems
- strong knowledge of alcohol products and safety certifications
- ability to train, coach, and develop team members
- detail-oriented and process-driven
- excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- assist with day-to-day bar operations including inventory and ordering
- cover some floor shifts and payroll duties
- bartend during scheduled non-management shifts
- manage store labor and work to meet or exceed sales goals
- ensure compliance with company standards and brand requirements
- maintain positive customer relations and store culture
- oversee bar maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed
