Job Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in restaurant or bar management strongly preferred
  • experience bartending and/or serving in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant
  • ability to work varied hours and days as business dictates
  • must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required
  • proactive and positive attitude
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • detail-oriented
  • process and systems oriented
  • responsible, personally accountable, and reliable

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience with exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • training, coaching, and development abilities
  • experience managing inventory
  • experience with payroll processes
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • minimum one year restaurant or bar management experience preferred
  • bartending and/or serving experience in high-volume environment
  • maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications

Job Duties

  • Assist management team with day-to-day bar operations
  • manage inventory and ordering
  • cover floor shifts and bartending shifts
  • assist with payroll processing
  • collaborate to ensure compliance with company standards
  • manage store labor and meet sales goals
  • maintain positive customer relations
