Job Requirements
- availability to work during peak hours including nights weekends and holidays
- ability to lift to 50 pounds
- bending stooping reaching twisting lifting pushing pulling and moving items
- ability to move around the store and maneuver merchandise when necessary

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of prior experience in bar management or hospitality
- high school diploma or GED
- strong decision-making and leadership skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- understanding of business management and accounting principles
Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of bar operations including maintaining liquor license and RAMP/TIPS certifications
- negotiate supplier contracts
- conduct inventory cycle counts
- manage budgets
- monitor bar margins and profitability
- recruit and train staff to deliver outstanding service
- create and manage employee schedules and resolve conflicts
- enforce quality and safety controls
- collaborate with events team to plan and execute promotional events
- mediate and defuse tense situations
- foster a culture of accountability
- analyze data to develop strategic action plans
- develop innovative menu features
- stay updated on industry trends
- lead bar staff in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- mentor and develop future leaders
- assume additional responsibilities as needed
