Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in bar management or similar role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant federal state and local alcohol laws
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee all bar operations ensuring compliance with federal state and local laws as well as hotel operating procedures

  • Handle staffing scheduling and training for the bar team
  • Maintain strong floor presence engaging guests and mentoring staff
  • Monitor beverage cost control and inventory management
