Job Requirements
- Two years related experience in hospitality or service industry
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and beers
- Beverage cost control experience preferred
- Sets a high standard of care and respect for colleagues
- Ability to read, interpret and create documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Point of Sale (POS) systems

Job Duties
- Oversee all bar operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as hotel operating procedures
- Develop and manage a creative beverage program, including signature cocktails and seasonal menus
- Handle staffing, scheduling, and training for the bar team
- Maintain strong floor presence, engaging guests and mentoring staff
- Monitor beverage cost control and inventory management
