Job Requirements
- Two years related experience in hospitality or service industry
- High school diploma or general education degree GED
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of spirits wines and beers
- Beverage cost control experience preferred
- Sets a high standard of care and respect for colleagues
- Ability to read interpret and create documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Computer proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word Property Management Systems PMS and Point of Sale POS systems

Job Duties
- Oversee all bar operations ensuring compliance with federal state and local laws as well as hotel operating procedures
- Develop and manage a creative beverage program including signature cocktails and seasonal menus
- Handle staffing scheduling and training for the bar team
- Maintain strong floor presence engaging guests and mentoring staff
- Monitor beverage cost control and inventory management
