Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a busy environment
  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in inventory management systems
  • Basic conflict resolution skills

  • Must adhere to company protocols
  • Ability to complete opening and closing duties
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant or nightclub
  • Knowledge of various drink building techniques and styles
  • Capacity to lead
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, and managerial skills
  • Ability to think independently
  • Ability to be fair and dispassionate
  • Proficiency with IT
  • Strong time-management skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee bar team when the GM is not present
  • Oversee daily operations within the bar when the GM is not present
  • Complete weekly vendor orders for review by the GM
  • Receive weekly inventory into Bevager under the supervision of the GM
  • Complete monthly inventory count either with the GM or with a supervisor
  • Assist the GM with minor daily bar-side operations
  • Assist manager with administrative work such as inventory and training
  • Report to the manager on daily operations
  • Ensure quality control standards are met among staff members
  • Ensure opening duties are completed
  • Ensure closing duties are completed
  • Handle customer service by directing issues to the GM or senior management as needed
  • Maintain performance standards as set by management
  • Handle and process refunds
  • Ensure that employees observe company protocols
