Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a busy environment
- Ability to work independently

- Must adhere to company protocols
- Ability to complete opening and closing duties
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in busy hotel, restaurant or nightclub
- Knowledge of various drink building techniques and styles
- Capacity to lead
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal, motivational, and managerial skills
- Ability to think independently
- Ability to be fair and dispassionate
- Proficiency with IT
- Strong time-management skills
Job Duties
- Oversee bar team when the GM is not present
- Oversee daily operations within the bar when the GM is not present
- Complete weekly vendor orders for review by the GM
- Receive weekly inventory into Bevager under the supervision of the GM
- Complete monthly inventory count either with the GM or with a supervisor
- Assist the GM with minor daily bar-side operations
- Assist manager with administrative work such as inventory and training
- Report to the manager on daily operations
- Ensure quality control standards are met among staff members
- Ensure opening duties are completed
- Ensure closing duties are completed
- Handle customer service by directing issues to the GM or senior management as needed
- Maintain performance standards as set by management
- Handle and process refunds
- Ensure that employees observe company protocols
