Job Requirements
- Four or more years of bar management experience
- Two or more years leading bar teams
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Food handling certification
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work on-premises to fulfill job duties
Job Qualifications
- Four or more years of experience managing high-impact bar environments
- Two or more years of experience hiring, training, and leading bar teams
- Demonstrated knowledge of P&L reports and cost management
- TIPS alcohol certification
- Food handling certification
- Extensive bar and cocktail knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and financial acumen
- Ability to manage under pressure and make real-time decisions
- Capability to operate under management direction
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information
Job Duties
- Ensure seamless operation of the Swingers bars
- Oversee all floor activities related to service and entertainment
- Manage inventory and control costs using P&L reports
- Hire, train, and lead bar team to uphold high standards
- Maintain compliance with safety and legal regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a positive team environment
- Handle operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
