Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience
- experience in hospitality and/or food and beverage is a plus
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for guest service and team development
- knowledge of restaurant and bar operations
Job Duties
- create an exciting and fun atmosphere to ensure a great experience for our guests and team
- assist in hiring, training, coaching, developing, scheduling, and evaluating servers and bartenders
- adhere to core standards, HR policies, training, and safety requirements
- lead and manage the FOH staff and oversee all FOH operations
- have a thorough knowledge of our restaurant and menus
- ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bar
- maintain an organized workspace
