Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience
  • Experience in hotel food and beverage or casual dining management preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Commitment to delivering excellent guest service
  • Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Experience in hotel operations preferred
  • Food and beverage or casual dining management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the hotel Kitchen+Bar operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Coach and develop team members to uphold service excellence and best practices
  • Maintain quality assurance standards and meet or exceed all operational metrics
  • Implement effective cost controls and labor management strategies
  • Resolve guest service issues using strong critical thinking skills
  • Adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize competing demands
  • Promote continuous improvement across all aspects of the Kitchen+Bar
