Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience
- Experience in hotel food and beverage or casual dining management preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules

- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
- Experience in hotel operations preferred
- Food and beverage or casual dining management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the hotel Kitchen+Bar operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Coach and develop team members to uphold service excellence and best practices
- Maintain quality assurance standards and meet or exceed all operational metrics
- Implement effective cost controls and labor management strategies
- Resolve guest service issues using strong critical thinking skills
- Adapt to fast-paced environments and prioritize competing demands
- Promote continuous improvement across all aspects of the Kitchen+Bar
