Job Requirements
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise
Job Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum 2 years bar experience with knowledge of bar operations
- Experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to work long shifts standing and walking
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficient in English
- Good hearing in noisy environments
Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identifies and implements operational opportunities for sales and cost control
- Works with bartenders to promote events and promotions
- Trains and develops hourly Team Members
- Prepares staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage
- Manages daily bar operations and guest interactions
- Ensures beverage quality, storage, and sanitation standards are met
- Oversees inventory management and purchasing
- Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
- Implements security procedures to protect staff and assets
