Job Requirements

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
  • Frequent bending and stooping required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework preferred with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 6 months restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 2 years bar experience with knowledge of bar operations
  • Experience in purchasing and production
  • Ability to work long shifts standing and walking
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Proficient in English
  • Good hearing in noisy environments

Job Duties

  • Drives sales through local marketing initiatives
  • Identifies and implements operational opportunities for sales and cost control
  • Works with bartenders to promote events and promotions
  • Trains and develops hourly Team Members
  • Prepares staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage
  • Manages daily bar operations and guest interactions
  • Ensures beverage quality, storage, and sanitation standards are met
  • Oversees inventory management and purchasing
  • Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
  • Implements security procedures to protect staff and assets
