Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must have good hearing in noisy environments
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Knowledge of bar equipment operations and preventive maintenance
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive operational knowledge
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to read and write English
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
Job Duties
- Drives local marketing and promotions to increase sales
- Identifies operational opportunities to enhance sales and control costs
- Staffs, trains, and develops bartending team
- Manages daily bar operations and guest interactions
- Maintains beverage quality and bar cleanliness
- Oversees inventory management and minimizes waste
- Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
