Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
  • minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive operational knowledge
  • prior experience in purchasing and production
  • ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • ability to bend and stoop frequently
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • ability to read and write English
  • ability to hear well amid loud noise

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
  • minimum of 2 years bar operations experience
  • prior purchasing and production experience
  • ability to walk and stand up to 10 hours per shift
  • ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • proficiency in English
  • ability to hear well in noisy environments

Job Duties

  • Drive sales through local marketing and promotions
  • identify operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
  • work with bartenders and staff to promote events
  • staff, train and develop team members
  • manage daily operations including scheduling and guest interaction
  • maintain beverage quality and cleanliness
  • oversee inventory and beverage cost control
  • manage vendor relations
  • ensure compliance with safety and recipe standards
  • act as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
  • ensure security procedures are followed
