Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive operational knowledge
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to bend and stoop frequently
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- ability to read and write English
- ability to hear well amid loud noise
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar operations experience
- prior purchasing and production experience
- ability to walk and stand up to 10 hours per shift
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- proficiency in English
- ability to hear well in noisy environments
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing and promotions
- identify operational opportunities to increase sales and control costs
- work with bartenders and staff to promote events
- staff, train and develop team members
- manage daily operations including scheduling and guest interaction
- maintain beverage quality and cleanliness
- oversee inventory and beverage cost control
- manage vendor relations
- ensure compliance with safety and recipe standards
- act as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
- ensure security procedures are followed
