Job Duties
- Oversee food and beverage operations within the hotel bar areas
- Schedule and manage bar staff effectively
- Forecast sales and manage budgets to control costs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as hotel operating procedures
- Train and develop bar staff to enhance performance and service quality
- Coordinate and manage special events hosted at the hotel
- Maintain strong communication and analytical oversight of bar operations
