Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- frequent bending and stooping required
- must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- must be able to read and write English
- must be able to hear well amidst loud background noise
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- prior experience in purchasing and production
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to communicate effectively
- knowledge of local marketing and sales strategies
- understanding of financial management
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- staff, train, and develop hourly team members
- manage bar operations including daily decision-making and guest interaction
- ensure beverage quality and sanitation standards
- manage inventory and purchasing
- act as Manager on Duty when General Manager is absent
