Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-volume F&B environments with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue
- Experience preparing banquet style events
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and/or state Alcohol Awareness certificate
- Strong budgetary, projection, and cost control skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Job Duties
- Adhere to the companys mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs
- Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, supplies, as well as operating cash flow as it relates to bar operations
- Review monthly profit & loss statements and make adjustments as necessary
- Work with the Operations team and Sales staff to plan, supervise, and execute for all events including beverage preparation, service, and cleanup
- Assist with bartending when needed
- Estimate beverage consumption and make purchases as appropriate from specified bar programs
- Schedule staff efficiently to accommodate shifts in business volume
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain bar staff
- Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards
- Supervise preparation, portioning, garnishing, and storage of all drinks
- Facilitate bar equipment maintenance and conduct sanitation audits and cleaning schedules to comply with Department of Health regulations
- Support the center's General Manager on all bar-related matters
