Job Requirements
- College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience
- Must have extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Duties
- Drives sales through local marketing and promotions
- Identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
- Manages daily bar operations and guest interactions
- Ensures beverage quality and compliance with hygiene standards
- Manages inventory, purchasing, and cost control
- Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
- Ensures security procedures are in place
