Job Requirements

  • College coursework with bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of bar experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of bar operations
  • Prior experience in purchasing and production
  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift up to 10 hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Drives sales through local marketing and promotions
  • Identifies operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
  • Staffs, trains, and develops hourly team members
  • Manages daily bar operations and guest interactions
  • Ensures beverage quality and compliance with hygiene standards
  • Manages inventory, purchasing, and cost control
  • Acts as Manager on Duty in absence of General Manager
  • Ensures security procedures are in place
