Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending and stooping required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs including maneuvering beer kegs
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to hear well in loud environments
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years of bar experience with extensive knowledge of bar operations
- Prior experience in purchasing and production
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities to build sales and control costs
- Staff, train and develop hourly team members
- Manage daily bar operations including guest interactions and staff support
- Ensure beverage quality and maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Manage inventory and purchasing effectively
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
