Job Requirements

  • minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a bar or hospitality environment
  • knowledge of local, state, and federal health and liquor laws
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • knowledge of inventory management and cost control
  • basic financial acumen
  • certification in food handling or alcohol service (e.g., ServSafe) preferred

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or management role within a bar, lounge, or hospitality environment
  • proven ability to recruit, train, and lead a team in a fast-paced, service-focused setting
  • strong background in delivering high-level guest experiences and handling customer relations with professionalism
  • familiarity with inventory control and costs
  • demonstrated knowledge of local, state, and federal health and alcohol regulations
  • certifications such as ServSafe, Tam certified
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • passion for immersive concepts and ability to contribute to drink innovation
  • calm under pressure, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage shifting priorities

Job Duties

  • lead all front-of-house bar operations to ensure seamless and efficient service
  • recruit, train and schedule bar staff
  • maintain accurate inventory levels, manage vendor relationships, and oversee ordering of supplies
  • ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal health, safety, and liquor regulations
  • monitor financial performance, including budgeting, labor cost control
  • foster a positive, team-oriented work culture centered around accountability and exceptional service
