Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Frequent bending and stooping necessary
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs including beer kegs
- Must have good hearing in noisy environments
- Must complete required training and paperwork
- Must demonstrate leadership and team coaching abilities
Job Qualifications
- College coursework with Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 months restaurant management experience
- Minimum of 2 years bar experience with extensive knowledge of operations
- Experience in purchasing and production
- Ability to read and write English
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Physical capability to perform job duties
Job Duties
- Drive sales through local marketing initiatives
- Identify operational opportunities and implement plans
- Staff, train and develop bartenders
- Manage daily bar operations, ensuring quality and cleanliness
- Interact with guests to deliver exceptional service
- Manage inventory and control beverage costs
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
- Ensure security procedures are followed
